Starting out with our Digital Roadmap, there were many areas for potential opportunity. We simply had to prioritise them based around importance to the business and return on investment.
Over an 18 month period, 3 releases of capability were gradually introduced, each bringing an additional level of control and corresponding value and improvement.
With the most recent introduction, we shifted our combined focus from production and food safety compliance to delivery and customer fulfilment.
By being on site in their kitchens, we were able to work with the team to pick up on the details which made a real difference. Looking forward to the next round of updates.
All food suppliers need to ensure compliance, and by automating the tracking and evidence of the production processes, a physical relaxation of the management team was evident.
By introducing relatively smaller adaptations to the existing processes supported with digital techniques, it was easy to show significant benefits to the pain points.
