With an intuitive and effective design, simplified processes and efficient implementation, we have been able to dramatically exceed the initial 30% improvement targets.

Maintaining the records and accreditations of 1000's of health care professionals, the system also acts as automatically maintained document management store.

As service delivery orders are built, communicated and delivered through to invoice, the teams provide an important supplement to NHS services across the UK.

Realising a capability transformation, with the delivery of a new system from concept to deployment.
PHL Synaptik Operations Management System

Starting with a baseline of the existing systems and processes, and leading on to definition of more than 500 requirements, technology choices and design workshops.

Implementation was phased into incremental deliveries so the customer could test as we went based around dedicated tests systems and data with feedback and changes throughout.

Integration with the parent company systems and 3rd party interfaces provided the added value and removed redundancy.

Finally transition to deployment with extensive delivery testing, migration planning and provision of application support information by way of customised wiki.
